Home Benefits Services Gallery Feedback About

Working closely with the Client, Design to Sell will design rooms that are attractive, lifestyle focused and within your budget. We will develop a design scheme and procure the new furnishings for your home. Or, if use of existing furniture is of interest, we will work with your existing assets and select additional furnishings to make your home feel new again. Our focus is on providing professional and efficient services, keeping the target audience and sales goal in mind at all times.

"Do It Yourself"

Should the client wish for Design to Sell to simply provide staging advice and the Seller to perform the work, we will provide a comprehensive consultation with a full written report itemizing what needs to be prepared and purchased to get the home in staging condition.  Our professional resources along with the name and number of each expert will be furnished to the Seller so that special projects; such as painting or landscaping is handled by local companies who provide exceptional service.

Partial Staging

For partial staging, defined as using a mixture of the Seller and Design to Sell’s assets, we develop a plan which details the work required to get the property in staging condition before we arrive to complement your home with our assets.  This plan outlines what stays and what goes of the Seller’s assets. This includes move, relocate, store, make recommendations and de-clutter your home.

Full House Staging of Owner Occupied and Vacant Properties

For full house staging, we follow the same outline as detailed in partial staging, however, all of the assets to complement the home are brought in by Design to Sell.

Decorating and Shopping Consultations

Design to Sell will be happy to work with you to assist in a “re-design” of your home. Redesign means we will come into the house and re-design your interior using your assets as well as assist you in purchasing those special pieces for your home.
